Maxine is a Jamaican that lives in the United States. She is very cunning and believes she has mastered the art of getting out of trouble. Maxine had not been back to Jamaica for ten years. She decided to take a trip home. While in Jamaica, Maxine got into trouble and thought her wits could get her out of this predicament. But, she was dealing with people as cunning and witty as herself. She did get out of trouble, but it was not her wits that got her out of it. It was love.
