Elite soldiers enter an abandoned city buried under packed ice and snow to download satellite weather data. In this forbidden area, they encounter people who have survived many terrible years. After escaping the brutal tribes of the sunken city, Black, a corpsman and medic, is confronted with a crime he did not commit. A crime that, as far as he knows, never even happened.
